From a Business family spanning over half a decade (50 years) of business.

1960s Tip Truck Company

Our family network started with a tip truck company in the early 1960s servicing Sydneys Earthmoving (Demolition / Excavation) Industry. Servicing all the big companies and projects in its time.

Companies that comprised of

1960s – 2000 – Civil Works / Civil Engineering / Earth moving  (Demolition – Excavation)

Westfield Projects – Shopping Centres in Sydney NSW. Chatswood, Hurstville, Parramatta, Miranda, Liverpool so on.

Castle Hill Shopping Centre

Hotels – Manly Pacific – Novotel

Industrial Commercial Areas – Frenchs Forest, Epping, Ryde, Parramatta Rd, etc

New Parliament House – Major portion of civil works.

Olympic Site – Major portion of civil works.

1)      Traditional real estate methods

2)      As we have had our offices in  Kent St Sydney Central Business District for over 30 years we have been well connected to the Overseas,  Australian and their own networks. They buy new apartments from us as well as referring their overseas guests that are looking invest with us and we present opportunities to them such as new apartments.

3)      We have a huge network of Mortgage brokers within Sydney / NSW which refer their clients to us that haven’t chosen a property to purchase yet as well as the clients that have a property in mind so they can compare their located property to our recommended properties.

4)      We have relationships with the Major banks of Australia as well as HSBC and Bank of China. We refer each other business and this has been going on for sometime.

5)      We have Banks, Mortgage brokers, Real Estate agents overseas, including Asia which refer their investors to us and we arrange a complete package of services when they come to Australia.

6)      China has made the following new laws that they are restricted from investing in China so there has been an influx of investors coming to Australia. We source them in China as well as when they arrive in Australia through our referral program.

7)      We also work with Australians and other nationalities. We have networks  already established

8)      We have already qualified buyers that are looking for certain stock. We also try to match them by choosing our  listings to our buyers lists.

9)      We have networks already established with the business community throughout Sydney / NSW which provides us leads to buyers in the property market.

10)   We have other techniques and methods also that find buyers.

We pay referral fees which keeps everybody interested to refer to us.

We can discuss commissions in person if you like. We normally receive between 3-6% + gst

We are looking to establish long term relationships with great Firms Nationally as well as internationally.

In brief we are a property – Trade – Investment  operation.

We have identified that we can assist clients in finding  Raw lands – DA and Pre DA approved Sites with development potential Australia wide as well as globally.

A few of our recent DA approved sites are as follows.

292 Brisbane Rd Labrador QLD 4212 Listed – warehouse complex – collection of warehouses – for created  DA approval industrial, commercial, retail site. 13 July 2008 15.55mill bought, On sold for 16mill 12 June 2010 sold to Bunning’s Warehouse.

CHEVRON ISLAND – 34-36-40 ANEMBO ST & 166-168-172-174 STANHILL DRIVE  Bought Dec 2007 for 5,150mill – Created a DA approval for residential complex –  sold  8mill 12 June 2008  then again Listed  at 5-5.5mill.
